About the founder 

Julie Quirk founded Que Recruitment in 2006.

Julie spent 30 plus years in retail, wholesale and manufacturing before pursuing her passion of recruiting and training people.

Commencing her career at Myer, she then ventured out into apparel wholesale and manufacturing. From there, she spent a significant time as National Retail and Operations Manager at a specialty retail chain.

Julie has invaluable working relationships with key people in the retail, wholesale and manufacturing sectors, and since moving into recruitment 12 years ago, has built a formidable yet friendly reputation as a person who can be trusted to consistently gain positive outcomes for both clients and candidates.

Julie has been responsible for many candidates achieving great heights in their careers and has given many the opportunity to work with leading Australian businesses.
